Former state minister for home Lutfozzaman Babar has been admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
He was brought to DMCH around 10:15 am on Saturday from Gazipur Shahid Tazuddin Ahmed Medical College and Hospital.
Earlier on Monday, BNP leader Babar was taken to the hospital from Kashimpur Jail as he fell sick.
The doctors reported that Babar has been suffering from various diseases including severe Asthma, Spinal pain, Gastroenteritis and Hypertension.
