Attorney General Mahbubey Alam said that condemned war criminal Jamaat leader Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mojaheed`s family is trying to mislead the people making irrelevant comments.
The Attorney General came up with this comment in his office after Mojaheed`s family briefed media at Saturday noon.
Mahbubey Alam said that if anyone is accused in five cases and he got death penalty in a single case and be executed in it, all cases filed against him will be inactive. As neither the court will receive depositions against any dead person nor will deliver the verdict.
