Ruling Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif said that expressed hope that Jamaat-e-Islami will be banned as a political party within coming March.
Hanif made the comment while addressing a press briefing at Awami League president`s Dhanmondi office in the capital on Thursday noon.
He said that already the legal process has been taken to ban Jamaat.
The Awami League Joint General Secretary also said, "We are hoping that all legal process will be completed within coming March month to ban Jamaat politics."
The people of the country also want anti liberation party Jamaat ban, he added.
