Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged the police forces to take necessary action so that no one could burn people anymore.
The Premier came up with the assertion while addressing the officials of Bangladesh police on the occasion of Police Week-2015 at her Tejgaon office in city on Tuesday.
Sheikh Hasina told the police officials to take actions to ensure public safety and keep the country`s law and order situation under controlled.
She also said, “You have to ensure people’s security and do the duty by any means. There is no hesitation, no tension. I`m giving you the liberty to take any action wherever and whenever it will be deemed necessary against the arsonists killing people pouring on petrol”.
Police headquarters, metropolitan, divisional and district level high officials of police department were attended in the meeting.
