Writ filed seeking dialogue between Hasina, Khaleda

A writ appeal has been documented with High Court looking for its orders on Prime Minister Sheik Hasina and  BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia to sit in a dialog to resolution the country`s political standoff. 

Advocate Eunus Ali Akond, a Supreme Court legal advisor, documented the writ appeal to as open investment case on Thursday. 

A seat headed by Justice Naima Haider will hear the request on Sunday. 

The request looked for the High Court's mandate on AL president and BNP director to meet and intention the on-going political conflict. 

Different responders of the request are Cabinet Secretary, Chief Election Commissioner and Home Secretary. 

JCD pioneer hurt in bomb blast bites the dust : 

Bappi, who was harmed in a bomb blast at his home at Lalbagh in the city, kicked the bucket on Thursday morning. 

Bappi, a pioneer of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), passed on at Dhaka Medical College Hospital at 6.00am. 

Bappi (25) among four were harmed amid the impact when he was making bombs at around 3:00pm on Thursday, sources said. 

The other harmed are Happy Akter, 12, Jhumur, 15 and Ripon, 6. 

second day of 48-hour hartal in Dhaka, Khulna divisions : 

The second day of 48-hour shutdown authorized by BNP-drove 20-gathering organization together is in progress in Dhaka and Khulna divisions nearby the on-going across the country barricade. 

BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made the publication of the shutdown for Wednesday and Thursday in 17 locale of Dhaka and 10 areas of Khulna. 

According to the publication, the hartal had started at 6:00am on Wednesday and will end at 6:00am on Friday. 

The collusion has called the shutdown in dissent against the killings, constrained vanishings, snatching and capture of it`s pioneers by the administration, Rizvi said. 

The collusion is authorizing the shutdown likewise requesting the arrival of kept pioneers and activists, he included.
